Where do you make your products?
Our products are made to order at our purpose-built factory in Alabang, on the outskirts of Manila.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the NCR. We also have a distributor selling our products in Bulacan and Puerto Galera, and we will soon expand delivery to other areas in the Philippines.
Where do the recipes come from?
Our ham and sausages are based on original recipes from the EU, USA, and Australia—some passed down in our families for over 100 years.
What kind of meat do you use?
We exclusively use imported pork, chicken, and beef to ensure quality, food safety, and consistency. We buy according to strict specifications.
What about your seasonings?
Our seasonings are either imported or uniquely developed and made in-house.
How do you ensure a reliable supply?
We source meat products for manufacturers and retailers across the Philippines, importing up to 80 containers a month. This allows us to secure the best supply at any time.
Can you create a specific recipe just for me?
Yes, we can accommodate specific product types or recipes. However, custom orders require a minimum of 50 kg per batch.
Are your salami and pepperoni as good as imported ones?
We believe our salamis and pepperoni are exceptional. After months of trials and testing, we've perfected the process to create a magnificent product.
What is your production capacity?
We produce to order and have the capability to make up to 5,000 kg of products daily.
Are your products healthy?
Yes! All of our products are gluten-free, keto-friendly, and contain no MSG or preservatives.
Do you use sugar in your products?
Only our tocino and longanisa contain sugar.
What type of casings do you use for your sausages?
Our thick sausages have natural casings and can be eaten as they are, while our thin sausages come in collagen casings and are also ready to eat.
Have you ever had any complaints?
We have never received a complaint regarding our quality or service.
Can I buy whole salami sticks?
Yes! Our salamis, bacon, mortadella, ham, and pastrami can be purchased whole or sliced to any thickness.
How big are your hams?
We can produce hams from 1 kg up to a full-leg size of 15 kg, using whole muscle cuts.
Do you make traditional Philippine bola ham?
Yes! Our Philippine Bola ham is a popular Christmas favorite—great value and not too sweet or watery.
Why do you make Philippine breakfast products when so many others already do?
Our longanisa, tapa, and tocino stand out due to their high-quality ingredients, subtle characteristics, and healthier preparation—not overly sweet.
What is the difference between the Philippine Bola ham and the boneless leg ham?
Both are made from boneless imported pork. However, Bola ham is sourced from the shoulder and undergoes longer processing, resulting in higher water content—similar to hot dogs. The boneless leg ham is made from imported pork leg, using whole muscle pieces with minimal processing.
Are your sausages cooked?
Yes! They are parboiled to maintain freshness and flavor. Just heat and eat.
Are your hams cooked?
Yes! Our hams and cold cuts are fully cooked—just slice and enjoy.
What is the shelf life of your products?
- Refrigerated & unopened: 30 days
- Frozen: 1 year
What size packs do the sausages come in?
- Sausages: 500g
- Cold cuts: 250g
- Hams: 1 kg and up, depending on the type
- Philippine breakfast products: 500g
For bulk or special orders, we are flexible on pack sizes.
Do you cater to local taste preferences?
Yes! We have tested and refined our flavors with both Filipinos and other nationalities—balanced, not too salty and not too sweet.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We have three pricing tiers:
- Retail
- Wholesale
- Distributor
Wholesale and distributor pricing is discussed individually, and we offer discounts on one-off bulk purchases.
Can I get credit or payment terms?
- Retail customers: Payment must be made on or before receipt of goods.
- Wholesale customers: Credit terms must be approved by our Head Office.
Can you pack under my own brand?
Absolutely!
- Provide us with your brand details
- Supply your stickers, and we’ll label the products accordingly
- Minimum initial order: 10 kg per item
- Payment is COD upon receipt
- Selling price is up to you
We also welcome bulk ham orders for Christmas under your brand.
