Our Spicy Spanish is loosely based on the Chorizo. The word chorizo comes from the Late Latin salsīcia ‘salted’, via the Portuguese souriç, it is a doublet of the Spanish word salchicha ‘sausage’, GLENHAMS is made from coarsely chopped pork and pork fat, seasoned with garlic, smoked paprika – and salt. It has a nice kick with the last taste.
