“Kielbasa” is the Polish word for sausage, also known simply as “Polish sausage” It is a pork country sausage – Made from pork and spices and smoked with a smooth texture – great on the BBQ – Eat with mashed potato and vegetables or a salad or even on their own cut into pieces and shared as pica pica.
