Description
Longanisa/longganisa is a Filipino local sausage or chorizo. There are many different kinds of the local Filipino longganisa but this is ours. It is commonly served for breakfast with fried rice and a fried egg, the trio is known as ‘longsilog’. A derivative of the Spanish sausage, Longaniza, Our Vigan Longanisa has a burst of garlic with every bite.
